Important dates

  • October 5, 2026 – Abstract submission begins.
  • May 31, 2027 – Abstract registration process closes and abstract review begins.
  • July 15, 2027 – Announcement of the list of accepted abstracts – those qualified for the Oral or Poster Session – and publication of technical and logistical requirements for the presentation of papers.
  • September 20, 2027 – Poster submission deadline (for abstracts qualified for presentation during the Electronic Poster Session)
